1. Order Processing Time

At Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd, all confirmed bulk orders are processed within 3–7 business days after receipt of payment confirmation and signed agreement (where applicable).

For customized private-label orders, additional time may be required for packaging design, printing, and production. Typically, private-label orders are completed within 14–21 business days, depending on order specifications and quantity.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer flexible international shipping solutions tailored to your budget, urgency, and order size:

🚢 Sea Freight (FCL/LCL)

  • Suitable for large bulk consignments
  • Transit time: Approximately 15–45 days, depending on destination
  • Cost-effective for high-volume shipments

✈ Air Cargo

  • Ideal for urgent or time-sensitive orders
  • Transit time: Approximately 3–7 days

📦 Courier / Express Services

  • Recommended for samples and small consignments
  • Fast and reliable international delivery

3. Incoterms® 2020

Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd operates under standard Incoterms® 2020 guidelines:

FOB (Free on Board)

We manage export customs clearance and loading at the port of origin. The buyer is responsible for freight charges and insurance.

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)

We cover freight charges and insurance up to the buyer’s named destination port.

EXW (Ex Works)

The buyer arranges pickup and transportation directly from our warehouse.

(Other terms may be agreed upon mutually as per contract.)


4. Customs, Duties & Documentation

Import Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise specified in the agreement (e.g., DDP terms), the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges in the destination country.

Export Documentation

We provide complete export documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary / Health Certificates (if required)
  • Any additional documents as per destination country regulations

5. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, buyers will receive:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB) number
  • Tracking details (where applicable)
  • Estimated time of arrival (ETA)

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • All CIF shipments are insured by Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd.
  • For FOB shipments, insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of damage during transit, buyers must notify us immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist in initiating the insurance claim process.
