1. Agreement to Terms

2. International Trade & Export Policy
As a global exporter of agro-based products including Makhana (Fox Nuts) and value-added food products, our transactions are structured differently from standard retail e-commerce purchases.
By placing a bulk or export order, you agree to the following:
Compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with the import laws, food safety standards, labeling regulations, and customs requirements of the destination country.
Documentation
The buyer must provide accurate and complete details required for export documentation, including but not limited to:
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Certificate of Origin
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are conducted under Incoterms® 2020, typically:
- FOB (Free On Board – India)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight – Destination Port)
Specific terms will be clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice or Export Contract.
3. Orders & Payments
Order Process
All bulk inquiries are subject to stock verification and production confirmation before acceptance.
Payment Terms
For international transactions, we accept:
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with advance payment terms as agreed
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon:
- Receipt of agreed advance payment; or
- Verification and acceptance of L/C by our bank
Currency
Unless otherwise agreed, all international transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipment timelines are provided based on production schedules, vessel availability, and freight forwarder timelines.
Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Force majeure events
- Port congestion
- Customs clearance delays
- Regulatory changes in the destination country
5. Quality Assurance & Claims
We ensure that all exported goods comply with the specifications stated in the Proforma Invoice and agreed product parameters.
Any claims regarding quantity or quality must:
- Be submitted within 7 days of cargo arrival at the destination port
- Be supported by an inspection or survey report from an independent recognized agency (e.g., SGS or equivalent)
Claims made beyond this period may not be entertained.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, design elements, and software, is the proprietary property of Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
